Seasons Restaurant Organised Cooking Class

Seasons Restaurant organised a cooking class in conjunction with the Malaysian Food Festival yesterday afternoon at the Seasons Restaurant, the Centrepoint Hotel, Gadong.
The cooking class was led by Chef Rashid Jaafar, where he taught the Melaka Pedas Fish, while Chef Chong Keen Wai demonstrated the Chilli Prawns, and Ipoh Kway Teow Soup.
Seasons Restaurant, under Royal Brunei Catering (RBC), in association with Tourism Malaysia, Royal Brunei Airlines and The Centrepoint Hotel will be holding the Malaysian Food Festival until May 14.
RBC Dining Privilege Card members can enjoy a 15 per cent price discount.
