The Higher Education Division, Ministry of Education informs that the online application for the 2nd round of HECAS 2017 will be closed on Tuesday, 29th of August 2017 at 4.30 in the afternoon. Applicants are advised to submit their forms before the deadline, as late submission after the stipulated date will not be entertained.

The deadline to submit all hard copies including the HECAS form to the institutions applied will be on Monday, 4th of September 2017 at 4.30 in the afternoon. The Scholarship Section, Ministry of Education and Universiti Brunei Darussalam reserve the right to reject applications that are incomplete, contained false information or applications that are submitted after the deadline.
