​Preparations are being carried out for the Wukuf Day in Arafat this Thursday. A visit was made to the Brunei Darussalam intending haj pilgrims' accommodations in Arafat and Mina.

The provision of a number of tents for the country's intending pilgrims in Arafat was the main focus of the visit. The 112 Maktab responsible for the provision of accommodations for the country's one thousand intending haj pilgrims has set up 5 tents, a surau and buffet style dining area. Every tent is divided into several rooms and each room can accommodate 20 pilgrims.

The delegation also made a visit to several tents for the country's intending pilgrims in Mina located several hundred metres from the Jamarat area. The country's intending pilgrims will stay overnight in Mina between the 2nd or 3rd night to complete the ritual stoning of the Jamarat or Devil Stones. Meanwhile, a buggy service is also provided by the 112 Maktab as transportation to and from the Jamarat area.
