Last night, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam attended a Gala Dinner for the APEC Economic Leaders hosted by His Excellency Tran Dai Quang, the President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam as Chairman of the 25th APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting (AELM). The event was held at Sheraton Da Nang Resort and Spa.

Upon arrival, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was welcomed by His Excellency the President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and wife. His Majesty then joined His Excellency and other APEC and ASEAN Leaders for a group photo session before proceeding to the Dinner Hall.

The Gala Dinner commenced with a welcoming speech from His Excellency the President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam for all the leaders and delegates attending the 25th APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting. The Gala Dinner was also highlighted by a number of cultural performances.
