Liverpool's Nathaniel Clyne to miss three months after surgery – source

Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne has undergone back surgery and is expected to be sidelined for around three months, a source has told ESPN FC.
Clyne has not featured at all this season because of a back injury, which also kept him out of any preseason action.
Earlier this month, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp admitted that the Merseyside club that Clyne's situation was "not that good" and needed time.
Klopp also revealed that Liverpool had shown the England international's back problems to multiple specialists all around the world in an attempt to find a solution to his long-term absence.
The decision was then taken for Clyne to have surgery and he underwent the procedure on Monday. It is expected he will be out of action until February.
In his absence, youngsters Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez, who recently earned his first senior England call-up, have been deputising at right-back.
