SMPDSM Conducted Sharing Session Through PTA

KG MENTIRI, BRUNEI-MUARA

 

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of the Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Secondary School (SMPDSM) in Mentiri recently conducted a sharing session between Year 10 and Year 11 students and Brunei Shell Marketing (BSM).

 

The session was facilitated by Awang Mohd Adini bin Haji Mohd Daini, Head of BSM Branding and Communications Department, who shared information on job opportunities and requirements needed to work in the private sector, particularly with BSM.

 

A BSM representative also briefed the students on safety and handling fire outbreaks, as well as safety precautions at filling stations.

 

The students also learned about household gas appliances during a practical session.

 

Present at the event were the chairperson of the PTA, Dayang Hajah Bibi Kalthom binti Haji CA Mohammad; village heads from Kampong Pelambayan, Kampong Dato Gandi, RPN Kampong Mentiri Zone 1 and Zone 2, teachers and staff members of the school as well as parents.
