A special religious talk in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul celebration was also held at the Surau of the Police Headquarters in Gadong.

Present was Dato Paduka Haji Mohammad Irwan bin Haji Hambali, the Acting Commissioner of Police. The function was organised by the Islamic Religious Body of the Royal Brunei Police Force. The talk was delivered by Doctor Haji Harapandi Amaq Hairani, Senior Assistant Professor of the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB.

The talk titled "Meneladani Kepimpinan Adil Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalam Asas Kejayaan", or Exemplifying the Leadership of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalam, the Foundation of Success, among other matters also shared the characteristics of the prophet's leadership that covers the role of an imam or prayer leader as well as of a caliph. Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalam is the special and chosen individual of very noble and courteous character. The personality factor possessed by the prophet has brought about success in carrying out the duties entrusted which is to uphold Islam.
