Operating hours for the counters at TAP Headquarters and its branches on Thursday will start from 8 until 11.30 in the morning and from 1.30 to 3.30 in the afternoon. The TAP counters at the Kuala Belait, Tutong and Temburong branches will only be operating in the morning from 8 to 11.30.

The TAP Call Centre will be operating from 8 in the morning until 12.15 in the afternoon and from 1.30 to 4 in the afternoon. Meanwhile, e-Info Kiosk and e-Amanah online services via TAP website at <www.tap.com.bn> will be operating as usual.

Counter services at TAP Headquarters will resume its normal operation on Friday, 12th of January 2018 and for other branches will be on Saturday, 13th of January 2018. For any enquiries, please contact TAP Call Centre at 2382800 during office hours or via e-mail at [email protected].
