In accomplishing the Wawasan Negara, His Majesty emphasises that all the people play a role to advance themselves and increase efforts to generate the economy and development.  Government agencies, His Majesty adds, should be efficient and wise in managing the country's resources. Human resource should always be given due attention. His Majesty says the country needs the commitment and united efforts of all parties including the private sector to ensure all plans can move rapidly to achieve their targets
