Members of the Legislative Council from among Titled Persons in their motions of vote of thanks, among other matters touched on the initiative to enhance the strategic direction of the police neighbourhood watch and the importance of the citizen's discipline towards cleanliness, and the government strictness in enforcing the laws and regulations.

Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Imam Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Hamid bin Bakal said in order to discipline the country's citizen in maintaining cleanliness, the government should be stern when enforcing the laws and regulations from an early stage. This is by imposing heavy compound or fine towards companies, shops or individuals who neglects cleanliness and dispose rubbish improperly.

Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Putera Maharaja Dato Paduka Awang Haji Abdul Ghani bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Dewa Dato Paduka Awang Haji Abdul Rahim in his motion of vote of thanks invited the people to uphold the titah of His Majesty with full of commitment and responsibility.

In his motion, Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Pendikar Alam Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Hasrin bin Dato Paduka, urged for an assessment to be made on the efficacy of programmes conducted by identifying teaching workforce who are truly qualified and skilled in the police force. This is to enhance the strategic direction of the current neighbourhood watch so that criminal acts can be detected professionally.
