Yang Berhormat members from among titled persons in their adjournment speeches urged that emphasis needs to be made on the importance and the need for implementation and enforcement of regulations and laws, and for any standard of practice to be studied, monitored and updated according to their suitability from time to time.

Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Pendikar Alam Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Hasrin bin Dato Paduka Awang Haji Sabtu, in his adjournment speech highlighted that it is important for the citizens and residents in the country to believe and have confidence in the ability and skills of leaders and ourselves, towards achieving Wawasan Negara 20-35 together. Yang Berhormat also pointed out that the 3 Bruneian values of 'Bekarih, Bejarih, Belurih' or "be willing, hardworking, achieve" needs to always be inculcated in the identity of all levels of society to help achieve the country's aspiration to become Baldatun Tayyibatun Wa Rabbun Ghafur or a Good nation, blessed by Allah the Most Forgiving.

Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Putera Maharaja Dato Paduka Awang Haji Abdul Ghani bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Dewa Dato Paduka Awang Haji Abdul Rahim in his adjournment speech, called for the people to move holistically and based on the Whole of Nation approach and to carry out matters with full commitment. By the grace of Allah, Yang Berhormat said, this noble wish will be able to be carried out successfully under His Majesty's wise leadership and the loyalty of the citizens and residents.
