A meeting by the Executive Committee for His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's 72nd Birthday celebration in the Belait District 2018 was held yesterday morning at the official residence of the Belait District Officer.

The meeting was chaired by Haji Mohd Zamree bin Haji Junaidi, the Acting Belait District Officer. Also present were Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Abdul Hamid bin Haji Mumin and Yang Berhormat Awang Hanapi bin Md Siput, Members of the Legislative Council. 

Among the matters touched during the meeting were the implementation of side activities throughout the festivity, cultural and religious performances, as well as the Get-Together in the said district. Also joining the meeting were Heads of Departments and Branches in the Belait District, Penghulu Mukim and Village Chiefs as well as members of the celebration's executive committee and event chairmen.
