Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored twice in PSG's final Ligue 1 game of the season.

Outgoing striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic became Paris Saint-Germain's top scorer in a single Ligue 1 season after marking his final appearance at the Parc des Princes with a brace in the champions' 4-0 victory over Nantes.

The Sweden international, who will leave PSG when his contract expires in the summer, netted in the 17th and 89th minutes to surpass the 37-goal record set by Carlos Bianchi in 1977-78.

The first-half opener came just seven minutes after the home crowd paid tribute to Ibrahimovic, skipper for the night, with a standing ovation.

Ibrahimovic was also involved in the build-up to PSG's second goal two minutes before half-time from Lucas Moura and, after Marquinhos added a third seven minutes after the interval, the striker had the final say with his record-breaking effort at the death.

Toulouse scored two late goals to beat Angers 3-2 and retain their top-flight status, condemning both Reims and Ajaccio to relegation in a dramatic finale.

Trailing 2-1 with 12 minutes to play after Billy Ketkeophomphone and Said Benrahma scored either side of Wissam Ben Yedder's equaliser, Martin Braithwaite and substitute Yann Bodiger completed Toulouse's great escape.

Reims, boosted by goals from skipper Aissa Mandi, Diego, Atila Turan and Grejohn Kyei's penalty, were on course to beat the drop following a 4-1 hammering of second-placed Lyon, who netted a consolation through Gnarly Cornet.

Ajaccio were downed 1-0 at Lorient courtesy of Benjamin Moukandjo's 27th-minute strike.

Despite defeat, Lyon secured the runners-up spot for a second successive season on goal difference from Monaco, who beat Montpellier 2-0 following goals from Ivan Cavaleiro and Fabinho.

Monaco's win meant Nice missed out on a Champions League qualifying spot despite beating Guingamp 3-2.

Alassane Plea netted twice and Jean Seri also got on the scoresheet after Guingamp levelled twice through Mevlut Erdinc and a Romain Genevois own goal.

Lille secured a Europa League place at the expense of St Etienne, beating them 1-0 thanks to Eder's 41st-minute penalty.

St Etienne needed at least a draw to secure a European place, but all is not lost as they will still qualify if PSG beat Marseille in the Coupe de France final.

Elsewhere, relegated Troyes held Marseille to a 1-1 draw, Bastia beat Rennes 2-1 away and Caen edged past Bordeaux 1-0.
