The Ministry of Finance is actively disseminating information on initiatives to facilitate trade in the country. Today, the ministry has extended Ministry of Finance and its departments' Reformation Roadshow related to 'Ease of Doing Business', EODB, to the Tutong District.

 

The event took place this afternoon at the Tutong Civic Centre. Among those present were Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Abdul Wahab bin Apong, member of the Legislative Council who is also the Penghulu of Mukim Tanjong Maya; and Awang Haji Adnan bin Haji Adam, Acting Tutong District Officer.  Also attending the event was Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Hajah Siti Radhiah Binti Pengiran Maharaja Lela Pengiran Anak Haji Mohd Yusof, Senior Manager (Credit Bureau) Of The AMBD. The roadshow was participated by the Treasury Department, Royal Customs and Excise Department, employees Trust Fund TAP, Revenue Section and registration of Companies and Business Names Section including several stakeholder agencies such as the Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam, AMBD; Department of Postal Services , EODB  Unit at the Department of Energy and Industry, Darussalam Enterprise, DARe; Brunei Darussalam Maritime and Ports Authority, Bank Usahawan and Brunei Darussalam Accounting Standards Council.
