The Spectacle 2018: Eminent Art exhibition acts as a platform for all art and design students in University Brunei Darussalam, UBD in giving a positive contribution to creative industries as well as the country's economy growth and development. It was launched this morning at UBD's Chancellor Hall.

 

The exhibition was officiated by Associate Professor Doctor Ayub Sadiq, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of UBD. Seventy Art and Creative Technology, ACT major final year students are showcasing their projects and artworks. The exhibition among other things showcases creative potentials and determination of the involving students and further proves that the university has set the right course for nurturing students with creative talents.

 

 This year's Spectacle exhibition covers various themes from traditional elements, cultural heritage and ethical values to the nature's preservation. The project is hoped to prepare the students to be more resourceful in pursuing the creative endeavors. It is open to the public and visits from schools or organizations by appointment until this Saturday.
