His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send a message of congratulations to His Excellency Dmitry Medvedev, Prime Minister of The Russian Federation, following His Excellency's re-appointment as the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

In the message, His Majesty expressed his warmest congratulations to His Excellency upon his re-appointment and looked forward to continuing working with His Excellency to strengthen the valuable friendship and cooperation between the two countries. His Majesty ended the message by extending his kindest to His Excellency Dmitry Medvedev.
