Visits to the cemeteries and the tahlil ceremonies continue to be held where prayers are offered to seek blessings for the departed ones. Yesterday afternoon, the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism held the reading of Surah Yaasin and Tahlil for the late parents of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit.

The Ministry's delegation was led by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ali bin Apong, the Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism. The mass reading of Surah Al-Fatihah, Yaasin, Tahlil and Doa Tahlil was led by Awang Haji Azrol Alim bin Haji Zaini, Mosque Affairs Officer at Kampung Pintu Malim Mosque. Also present were the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, Heads of Department, Senior Officers, Officers and staff of the Ministry.
