15 orphans in Kampung Kapok also received donations at the Tahlil and Doa Arwah Ceremony for the village, held yesterday afternoon.

The donations were presented by Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abd Aziz Bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Lela Haji Yussof, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The donations amounting more than 6 thousand dollars were collected from donations by Kampung Kapok Consultative Council and residents in the village. The event coincided with the presentation of donation to Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abd Aziz for the Brunei Darussalam Mosque Construction Fund. The annual activity held by the village consultative council aimed to foster close relation among the residents and support the village activities.
