118 orphans from Kampung Sengkurong A, Sengkurong B and Kampung Tanjong Nangka received donation in a ceremony held at Sultan Sharif Ali Mosque in Sengkurong.

The donation was handed over by Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Abdul Hamid@Haji Sabli bin Haji Arshad, Member of the Legislative Council. The cash contribution were collected from donations by mosque congregants, village residents and individuals. The donations are hoped to bring joy to the orphan in together celebrating Aidilfitri and at the same time, foster close relations among the ummah.
