54 officers and staff of the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism have been bestowed the Long Service Medal, PKL, in conjunction with the 71st Birthday of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam. The ceremony was held yesterday afternoon at Dewan Setia Pahlawan, Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism.

The medals were presented by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ali bin Haji Apong, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism. The PKL is among Brunei Darussalam's State Honours bestowed as appreciation to public servants who have served for at least 20 years and have good service record.
