Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah yesterday afternoon held an Appreciation ceremony and Hari Raya Aidil Fitri celebration together with its committee members and volunteers. The ceremony was held at the Multipurpose Hall of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah School in Jalan Kebangsaan. 10 former members of Yayasan Volunteers Committee comprising former members of Yayasan Board of Directors, as well as three hundred and thirty three (333) volunteers received certificates of appreciation at the ceremony.

Among the recipients was Yang Berhormat Awang Abdul Mutalib bin Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Setia Dato Paduka Haji Mohammad Yusof, Minister of Communications. Certificates were presented by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Paduka Hajah Hayati binti Pehin Orang Kaya Shahbandar Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohd Salleh, the Attorney General, who is also a member of the Yayasan Board of Directors. The ceremony aimed to appreciate and recognise the services given by volunteers in Yayasan's projects and activities throughout 2017 - 2018.

The ceremony ended with a get-together session in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidil Fitri celebration. Also present was Dato Paduka Awang Haji Eddie bin Dato Paduka Haji Sunny, Managing Director of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
