His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, President of the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam, NFABD, yesterday morning attended the signing of the Sponsorship Memorandum between NFABD, Ghanim International Corporation Sendirian Berhad and Hui Huang Enterprise. The function took place at NFABD's Multipurpose Hall in Berakas.

Upon arrival, His Royal Highness was greeted by Pengiran Haji Aliudin bin Pengiran Haji Tajudin, Acting Deputy President of NFABD.

The ceremony commenced with the reading of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat, led by Yang Dimuliakan Pehin Khatib Dato Paduka Haji Emran bin Haji Kunchang.

In his welcoming speech, Awang Roslin bin Suhailee, General Secretary of NFABD said with the signing of the sponsorship memorandum for 3 years, it will assist the players and officers during training and competition.

Also present was Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.

Signing on behalf of NFABD was Pengiran Haji Aliudin, while Ghanim International Corporation Sendirian Berhad was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Doctor Nur Rahman, and Hui Huang Enterprise was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Katherine Hii.

The presence of His Royal Highness at this ceremony portrays the continue support towards NFABD's efforts and commitment in strengthening cooperation with various agencies to improve sports specifically football in the country.
