​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday afternoon received in audience Yang Berhormat Dato' Saifuddin bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia. The Audience Ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman.

Accompanying Yang Berhormat the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia during the Audience Ceremony were Mr. Eldeen Husaini bin Mohd Hashim, Undersecretary, Southeast Asia Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia; and Mrs. Rafedah binti Abd. Aziz, Charge d'Affaires who is also Minister Counsellor, High Commission of Malaysia to Brunei Darussalam. Also present were Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Second Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Dayang Emaleen binti Abdul Rahman Teo, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Yang Berhormat Dato' Saifuddin bin Abdullah was sworn in as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia on 2nd July 2018.
