His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send congratulatory message to His Excellency Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia following the recent victory on the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) at the 6th General Elections.

In the message to His Excellency Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Majesty conveyed his confident that under His Excellency's able leadership, Cambodia will continue to achieve good strides in improving the socio-economic welfare of the people. Furthermore, His Majesty conveyed his great appreciation for His Excellency's contributions in enhancing both the close friendship and friendly bilateral relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Kingdom of Cambodia, and look forward to more opportunities in developing these much-valued ties for the mutual benefit of both countries and people. In ending the message, His Majesty send his warmest regards and best wishes to His Excellency and his family for their continued good health and happiness.
