His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam says all stakeholders, be the public or private sector, and even the community as a whole, including academics and graduates should cooperate to generate the country's development through a knowledge-based approach in line with the fourth industrial revolution era.

Hence, the Monarch urges University Brunei Darussalam to focus on sophisticated 21st Century education and skills research. His Majesty delivered the Titah during the 30th UBD Convocation Ceremony yesterday morning.  On the rapidly changing job market, His Majesty says it should be realised that the country is in the era of the fourth industrial revolution where digital technology will change the people's way of life and how they work.
