​Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab-Rahaman yesterday morning graced the 7th Brunei Open and Masters Swimming Championship as well as the Brunei Darussalam National Games' Swimming event. The championship took place at the National Swimming Pool, Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas.

 

Also in attendance were His Royal Highness the Crown Prince's children, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda 'Abdul Muntaqim; Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah and Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda Muhammad Aiman. Among those participating was Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda 'Abdul Muntaqim, who represented the Royal Brunei Recreational Club in the Men's 100-meters breaststroke for the male 7 to 24 years old category, and recorded a time of 2 minutes 3 point 8-1 seconds.

 

Meanwhile, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah who represented I-S-B Hammerheads took part in the 100-metres breaststroke for the female 7 to 24 years old category, and recorded a time of 2 minutes and 25 point 4-9 seconds, a new personal record for Yang Teramat Mulia.

 

Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah also received a certificate for breaking the championship's record for the 7-years old 50-metres butterfly stroke category in 1 minute 3 point 1-2 seconds, and the 50-metres breast stroke in 1 minute 6 point 9-8 seconds. Yang Teramat Mulia also made a new record for the 7-years old 100-metres back stroke category in 2 minutes 10 point 3-5 seconds.
