8 Participants Joined OBBD Centre's Personal Awareness Course

Eight participants recently joined the Outward Bound Brunei Darussalam (OBBD) Centre's Personal Awareness Course for seven days.
The course is one of the activities included in the induction programme for scholarship recipients from the Ministry of Defence (MinDef) for 2016 comprising youth aged 19-25.
"Everything went smoothly in accordance with what has been planned. ,The coach who helped in the success of the course was a professional and focused on the safety of the participants," said Susie Haslinda binti Abdullah, Senior Special Duties Officer at the Ministry of Defence.
The OBBD Centre focuses oneducation-oriented programmes that aim to help all levels of society, especially the youth to build and strengthen values and characteristics of leadership by using the 'Learning Through Experience' and 'Trekking Training' in a more challenging environment.
Among the activities in the programme include kayaking, abseiling, flying fox, solo night, team building, rock climbing, and jungle trekking, to name a few.
