Continuing the Titah, His Majesty says UNISSA must be determined to empower the truest form of Islamic studies and education and strengthen the battle against evil which comes not only from within but also from outside. Evil comes through many ways. It could be brought in by bad elements, but most of all through media applications.

His Majesty calls on Bruneians and UNISSA not to neglect this issue because it is a poison which needs to be avoided. In this regard, His Majesty urges for the 'truth' of religion to be upheld even though many parties disagree with it. The Monarch stresses, as long as it is favoured by Allah the Almighty, then it is our choice.
