​6 teams competed in the 'Foosion' Project organised by 'Kumpulan Uno' under the Third Cohort for the Young Executives Programme. The competition was held yesterday morning at Eco Ponies Garden in Kampung Lamunin, Tutong District.

 The event was launched by Yang Berhormat Dayang Khairunnisa binti Haji Ash'ari, member of the Legislative Council. The competition was organised with the cooperation of Eco Ponies Garden and UNO with the aim to expose and promote Bruneian cuisine and local ingredients to the people, specifically the younger generation. According to Awang Ahmad Ikhwanuddin bin Haji Ali, member of 'Kumpulan UNO', the project is hoped to preserve the Bruneian cuisine through creative cooking activities to instil interest and awareness as well as knowledge on the local food, cuisine and ingredients.
