The Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation, JASTRe has issued compounds on authority implementation provisioned under Section 12, Minor Offences Act, Chapter 30 to a company that runs a commercial activity in Kampung Luagan Timbaran, Tutong.

 Restoran Hanimat and Catering Services was fined 2 hundred dollars for the offence of disposing rubbish in a public area.  The company is given 7 days from the date of the issued compound to settle the fine. Offenders who fail to pay will be taken to the court and if found guilty can be fined one thousand dollars for the first and second offences; three thousand dollars for the following offence and sentenced to imprisonment of not more than three months.
