Visit To Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Command

His Royal Highness Prince General Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and General of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces yesterday made a working visit to the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Command, UAVC, Ministry of Defense at the Tengah Air Base, Republic of Singapore.

 

Accompanying His Royal Highness was Dr. Mohamad Maliki Osman, Senior Minister of State for Defense and Foreign Affairs, as Minister-in-attendance. Upon arrival, His Royal Highness was greeted by His Excellency Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Defense, Republic of Singapore and Major General Mervyn Tan, Chief of Air Force. Shortly after arrival, His Royal Highness proceeded to Special Dias to receive a Solute of Honor.

 

His Royal Highness then inspected the Guard of Honor accompanied by His Excellency Ng Eng Hen and Major General Mervyn Tan.

 

His Royal Highness then signed a Royal Parchment at the Heritage Room, before proceeding for a briefing on the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Command.

 

His Royal Highness then went to Murai Base Camp to view two type of UAV Operation and joined a photo session with senior officers of the UAV Operation.

 

At the UAV Mission Training Centre, His Royal Highness witnessed and tested the UAV Training Simulator before being ushered to a Reception with Senior Officers of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Singapore.

 

After the Reception, His Royal Highness received a pesambah from Major General Mervyn Tan, Chief of Air Force; and His Excellency Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Defence, Republic of Singapore.

 

His Royal Highness reciprocated with gifts to Major General Mervyn Tan, Chief of Air Force; and His Excellency Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Defence.

 

His Royal Highness proceeded for a luncheon hosted by His Excellency the Minister for Defense of the Republic of Singapore at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
