'Masjidku Makmur, Negara Berkat' Programme

In commemorating the birthday of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W, Muslims in the country need to have an aspect of appreciation in terms of knowing more and understanding the life as well as the sacrifices made by the Prophet in propagating Islam. This was highlighted during the 'Masjidku Makmur, Negara Berkat' programme held early yesterday morning at the Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Mosque in the Capital.
The programme began with a mass Fardhu Subuh prayer. Present among the congregants were Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office; Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Bahrom bin Pengiran Haji Bahar, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs; Dato Seri Setia Haji Abdul Aziz bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Lela Haji Yussof, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs; Awang Roslan bin Haji Taja'ah, Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office; and Doctor Awang Haji Sufry bin Haji Ladi; Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Communications.
A Tazkirah or short talk entitled "Tarbiyah melalui Maulidur Rasul" was delivered by Awang Hilman bin Haji Salim, Assistant Lecturer at the Core Education Centre of the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB. This week's programme was conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs with the support of the Prime Minister's Office.
