New Tamu Kianggeh to Commence Operations Today

Equipped with facilities for the convenience of vendors, the newly completed Tamu Sungai Kianggeh Complex will commence operations today, according to a press statement from the Bandar Seri Begawan (BSB) Municipal Department.
Built on an area of 4,450 square metres, the new Tamu Kianggeh has eight buildings and 313 stalls for various business and trading categories.
Additionally, it is fitted with prayer rooms, the BSB Municipal Department Management Office, a safety control room, a car park, fences, public toilets and sitting areas, a rubbish collection point, as well as a landing jetty for boat passengers.
Five blocks have been allotted with 147 stalls for regular vendors and businesses, while the other three blocks will house 164 stalls for vendors who operate only on Fridays and Sundays.
Business hours at the complex are from 6am to 6pm daily.
