​Various events and methods can be used to enhance awareness and nurture responsibility among the village community in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas. One of the events was the Cleaning Walkathon organised yesterday morning by the Kampung Danau Consultative Council in the Tutong District with the cooperation of the Mosque Takmir committee and Village Neighbourhood Watch.

The activity which began at the Kampung Danau Community Hall, covered areas along Jalan Kampung Penapar, Jalan Kampung Keramut and Jalan Kampung Tumpuan Ugas. The activity was held as one of the village year end event apart from fostering unity among the village residents by involving youths to instil love towards the village.
