​With the concept "Harga Kaw Kaw'' Gempak Expo 2018 was being held starting yesterday until 31st of December 2018. The Expo held at the Indoor Stadium, Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas, is organised by Starbugs Event Management and open from 10.00 in the morning until 10 in the evening.

The expo involving local and foreign participants provides an opportunity for the public to spend the end of year with their families in the country. The launching of Gempak Expo 2018 this afternoon was officiated by Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Naim bin Haji Kamis, Member of the Legislative Council.

For the first time this year, the Gempak Expo conducted ''Jualan Gudang'' which sells textiles at affordable price for 7-days. Apart from that, school necessities also being sold and several activities such as colouring contests for children were also held. There was Replicas of Dinosaurs for the public to take photographs for free. Food and drinks stalls are located outside the stadium area for the visitors' convenience.
