The dialogue was held with the aim of finding out issues experienced by women entrepreneurs.
During the dialogue a presentation on the role and functions of DARe was delivered by Norlela binti Suhailee, before speeches from the WBC ensued.

"I wish to thank DARe, and hopefully this will be a development for WBC.
"We feel very fortunate that DARe is available, and that they are willing to help WBC members and women entrepreneurs."
The second speech from the, WBC was by its Vice President, Hajah Mordiah binti Haji Jackia, who highlighted the importance of developing the WBC, as well as the importance of developing women entrepreneurs and women's businesses. Towards this, she proposed for DARe to set up an academy focused on business development for women.
A question and answer session followed, where participants were given the opportunity to put forward their queries, raise issues and share any concerns they had to a panel of members from DARe and government agencies.
Among the government agencies that were part of the panel during the dialogue included Halal Food Control Division from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Labour Department, Global Halal Investment Division and Treasury Department from the Ministry of Finance.
