His Majesty hopes with the initiative and action of all parties, especially the relevant ones, all plans will go smoothly and the empowerment of Al-Quran learning can be addressed effectively.  In the titah, His Majesty stresses that to gain continued blessings in life, everyone should return to Al-Quran because it is the Book of Allah and guidance to the right path.
