His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam emphasis that Brunei Darussalam is a beautiful country that always gives priority to worshiping Allah the Almighty.

The Monarch highlights that it is guided by the Malay Islamic Monarchy, MIB System which has been practised for hundreds of years.  His Majesty delivered the Titah during the National Isra' Mi'raj Celebration for 1440 Hijrah / 2019 at the International Convention Centre in Berakas this morning.   Touching on Allah's blessings, it is His Majesty's wish that the Syi'ar Islam or Islamic eminence in the country becomes stronger and prominent.   Among the Islamic eminence that should be prominent is the Azan or call to prayer that signals the time to perform solat or prayer and providing facilities for performing prayers at the work places and public centres.
