Drug Addict to Spend Two Weeks in Jail After Stealing a Bike

The Bandar Magistrate's Court yesterday passed a two-week jail sentence on a local man for stealing a bike.


Adyleo Wahyudi bin Haji Abdul Karim, 37, was taking the bicycle away from a house in Manggis when police on patrol caught him red-handed on June 23, 2016, Magistrate Hajah Ervy Sufitriana binti Haji Abdul Rahman heard from the prosecutor.


DPP Wajeehah binti Abdul Wahab further informed the court that the defendant wanted to sell the $900 bike for money to buy drugs.
