In conjunction with the school holidays, the Kampong Kiulap Village Consultative Council (MPK), together with the Brunei-Muara District Office (JDBM), is hosting a charity sale at Muara Beach.

The four-day bazaar was officially launched by Legislative Council member and Penghulu of Mukim Gadong 'A' YB Awang Haji Tahamit bin Haji Nudin.

Also attending the event was Penghulu of Mukim Gadong 'B' Major (Rtd) Haji Bakar bin Sapar.

YB Awang Haji Tahamit said, "I am very proud of the success and cooperation of MPK Kampong Kiulap and Kampong Kiulap Women's Bureau in holding this charity sale."

The event continued with the presentation of donation to the orphans.

The guest of honour then proceeded to visit the stalls at the event and participated in a tug-of-war.

The charity sale will continue until Sunday, with fun activities including zumba, fishing competition, tug-of-war competition and colouring competition.
