Learning Session Starts For Year 5 Arabic School Students

478 Sanah 5 or Year 5 Students of Arabic Schools in all district began their school session yesterday. The Arabic Preparatory School in Bandar Seri Begawan received 325 female students.
On their first day, the students were briefed on the schools regulations including discipline and subjects that they will learn. Throughout the Ta'aruf or Orientation week that started yesterday, students will do a number of activities that have been arranged by the school. According to Dayang Sarimah binti Haji Ahmad, headmistress of the Bandar Seri Begawan Arabic Preparatory School, the orientation week aims to prepare the students physically and mentally for the transition of subjects that they will learn at school.
This year, 14 classes are provided for Year 5 students. With the enrolment of new students, the Arabic Preparatory School, Bandar Seri Begawan now has 686 students. Meanwhile, 303 Year 5 male students at Rimba Arabic School will begin their learning session next Monday.
