Mr Motivator proved to be the pick me up we all needed with his disco workout on HealthCheck UK giving viewers the giggles amid coronavirus lockdown.

While it’s far too easy for us to start feeling down and losing energy as we’re told to stay inside, the 67-year-old fitness icon was there to give us a helping hand to get through our day.

Putting on some classic disco anthems, the star got everyone from home on their feet as he commanded us to perform some of his unique moves.

These included the ride the pony, the look next door, and, of course, a whole lot of jazz hands.

Better be careful Joe Wicks, someone is coming after your gig.

Viewers from home praised the star for giving them a much needed boost amid the coronavirus crisis, which has left many feeling down as they’re told to stay inside for the forseeable future.

Mr Motivator also told those struggling to try and look for the positives in their life at the moment as, no matter the situation, they do exist.

Also trying to find an ‘escape room’ where possible to unwind is essential from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
