The 'Spike Out' roadshow is held to raise public awareness on diabetes, through education and interactive games. The 3-day roadshow is taking place at Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD.
The exhibition aims to help the public gain a clearer understanding of diabetes, including the best ways to manage it. Making better choices, such as eating a balanced diet and adopting regular physical exercise habits, play an important role in preventing diabetes.
