BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

 

The Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism through the Department of Tourism Development, in collaboration with SEAMEO VOCTECH Regional Centre and Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB conducted two Training sessions on Islamic values in customer service for the tourism industry in Brunei Darussalam.

 

50 participants attended the training aimed to improve the customer service quality by applying Islamic values and at the same time, promote Islamic tourism in the country. It is also in preparation to ensure that tourism service providers provide the best service and treatment to every visitor or tourist when the country's border is reopened for tourism.
