Two main papers were presented during the Divine Vaccine Understanding Education and Religious SOP Seminar.

 

Yang Berbahagia Dato' Haji Badli Shah bin Haji Alaudin, Senior Imam at Sultan Ahmad Satu State Mosque, Pahang, Malaysia presented the main paper titled "the implementation of Divine Vaccine and Religious SOP in family and community during the pandemic: Holistic Education guided by Al-Quran and As-Sunnah." The paper highlighted the importance of broadening the understanding of Divine Vaccine and Religious SOP among the community and family.

 

Meanwhile, Yang Berbahagia Puan Hatijah binti Hashim, Research Officer, Pulau Pinang Consumer Association, Malaysia in her main paper title "Challenges of Muslim Consumers during COVID-19 Outbreak: Malaysian Experience." Among the things shared were the concerns of Muslims on the halal aspect of vaccines. Based on the principle of maqasid syariah, the use of vaccines during an emergency is allowed for treating and preventing diseases.
