The second round of HECAS 2022 online application to local Higher Education Institutions namely Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University and Politeknik Brunei for the academic year 2022/2023 will commence tomorrow, 9th August at 8:30 in the morning to 14th of September 2022 at 3 in the afternoon.

The programme levels offered are Level 5 Diploma, Higher National Diploma and first Degree programmes. HECAS is open for holders of valid Brunei Darussalam issued identity cards namely yellow, purple or green. HECAS does not process government servants applying for in-service training applications or foreign applicants who do not have valid Brunei Darussalam issued Identity Cards. Applicants can use their predicted results to apply and will receive a conditional offer upon meeting the entry requirement set by the institution concerned.
