The issues and challenges in life were presented during a Hiwar Tarbawi or forum-style discussion organised by the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB yesterday afternoon. This is the first time the Hiwar was held.

 

The Hiwar titled 'Ahli Sunnah Waljama'ah dan Isu Aliran Pemikiran Semasa' was discussed by three speakers from KUPU SB namely Doctor Haji Adanan bin Haji Basar, Ra'es of KUPU SB as the forum moderator; Associate Professor Doctor Yusuf Khalid, from the Ahli Sunnah Waljama'ah Centre of Research and Understanding and Doctor Mikdar Rusdi, Senior Assistant Professor of the Usuluddin Faculty. The Hiwar among others explained in detail the history and background of the Ahli Sunnah Waljama'ah, namely Syafie, Hanafi, Hambali and Maliki.
