DSP, Phosphor Bow Out of DST FA Cup

Setia Perdana edged DSP United 2-1 in the DST FA Cup at the Balapan Field of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium Sports Complex yesterday.

 

Setia Perdana's first goal was scored by Aimmil Rahman Ramlee in the 39th minute.

 


Hanafi Haji Bakar doubled the lead in the 87th minute before DSP United pulled a goal back via Pengiran Ahmad Safwan Zulmajdi Pengiran Haji Rajid three minutes later.

 

In the other match of the day, IKLS FC overpowered FC Phosphor 4-1 at the Kebajikan Field of the Berakas Sports Complex.

 

IKLS FC's opening goal was courtesy of Az-main in the 14th minute.

 


IKLS FC's victory was ensure when Md Sapri scored two goals (72nd and 90th) on either side of Md Syahiiruddin's 88th minute effort.

 


Md Khairullizam scored FC Phosphor's consolation in the 32nd minute.
