In the evening, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam attended a Reception and Banquet that took place at Al-Husseinieh Palace.

During the Reception, His Majesty had the opportunity to meet with His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, the King of Jordan and Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, the Queen of Jordan as well as His Royal Highness Prince Al Hussein, the Crown Prince of Jordan and Miss Rajwa Khalid Alseif. Following the Reception, His Majesty was then invited to attend a Banquet, together with other special guests which included members of the Royal Family as well as leaders from other countries. His Majesty will also attend another Reception and Banquet.
