Crabzilla Is BACK: Giant Claw Lashes Out At Two Boys Fishing Off Pier

Crabzilla has struck again with this terrifying photograph of the crustacean’s enormous claw emerging from the shores of Whitstable.

The giant crab, dismissed as an elaborate hoax by sealife experts, was snapped lurking underneath two boys fishing.

Little did they know but as they fished for crabs off the pier, a giant pincer was waiting for them should they fall in to the emerald depths below.

If Crabzilla was real the beast would measure an incredible 50ft wide – ten times the size of Britain’s next largest crab.

Naysayers say the image could easily have been photoshopped.

The image, posted on Weird Whitstable, was apparently taken in July at a popular crabbing spot in Whitstable, Kent.

A spokesman for Weird Whitstable said: ‘The boys were unaware of the danger, but as several passers-by shouted to them, the crab slipped silently away under the water into the dark, sideways.’
